My touch will not load new software upgrade from 1.62

It says connecting but never does.

I had the same issue, I closed all the apps running, connected it to wifi and within a few hours it updated. I think the Striiv servers are slow.

Having problems connecting my phone and the striiv fusion? Can't receive incoming notifications.

_{Have tried multiple times to download from version 1.138 -- any suggestions?  Sure is frustrating!}
