I would like for new Update for Striiv Smart Pedometer?

Major bug: All of a sudden, it stops counting steps when walking..

How do I switch to miles? It went to kilometers

They told me that I had to send it back to the factory for the update. Screw that I'll just return it for a refund.

I don't have the same problem with my smart not working, but I'd like to second the motion to update the striiv smart. Particularly new plants/buildings in the myland game. 

I had the same problem months ago, and finally stopped using it out of frustration. I got another brand of tracker (Withings), but nothing compares with the motivation I got from playing the MyLand game! I miss my Striiv...
