Unread notifications Number/sign on the default watch screen

To remind that there's unread notifications yet it would be nice to have
an indicator on the watch, probably even a count of unread
notifications.Together with my other ticket idea ( double tap when screen is already
on could go to notifications list directly) , would make a much improved
smart notifications device and doable even with the small oled screen
the striivs have.
